Remote and On-site Terms of Technical Services
*Note: On-site
service appointments require a 1 hour pre-appointment deposit of $60.00
to ensure against broken appointments. Any appointments that need to be
changed must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled
appointment or the pre-appointment fee is forfeited. All
pre-appointment fees are otherwise deducted from the overall on-site
service fee.
1. Residential remote technical support service rates are hourly with a 1 hour minimum session duration and billed/serviced in 1 hour increments ONLY. Small business remote services are applied at a different rate.
2. Residential on-site technical support service rates are hourly with a 1 hour minimum appointment duration. Small business on-site service prices are applied at a different rate.
3. 'No fix, No charge' does NOT apply to any technical services involving:
servers, hardware failures, flat rates, routers, virus', spyware, or on-site service calls.
4. Promotional ads cannot be combined or otherwise used with any discounted technical services offerings.
5. LinksysTechs/TCT reserve the right to change any non-contract service rates prior to any services purchase.
6. All services/sales are final. There are no rebates or refunds under any circumstances. Abusive or hostile customers support sessions will be terminated immediately and any payments will be forfeited.
7. All PayPal transactions are final upon payment confirmation to LinksysTechs/TCT. By completing the PayPal transaction, the customer is also agreeing to the 'Terms of Services' as set forth on this website and in this section labeled 'Terms of Services'.
8. Any false or fraudulent payment claims made on paid tech support online transactions, will be charged twice the original support session charge upon our payment gateway partners verification that such claims are unsubstantiated and inaccurate.
Disclaimer: Not all technical issues can be resolved remotely or by phone. No remote tech support session will last more than 1 hour in duration under any circumstances, without new technical support charges being applied in increments of no less than 60 minutes and paid upon the initial 1 hour time limit. Remote sessions are performed upon payment and never carried over or split up.
