At this time you and the technician will make an appointment if your
service request requires an on-site visit.
2. Once it is
determined whether your services will be delivered remotely or on-site,
the technical representative will direct you to click the PayPal logo
at the bottom of this page and enter a number in the quantity field to
correspond to the agreed technical support work order dollar amount.
(Upon clicking the PayPal logo, you will be directed to PayPal's secure
payment processing site).
3. After your transaction has been
successfully processed by PayPal, print your receipt on your printer or
save the file to your hard drive for future reference.
4. You technical representative will then give you further instructions on how to proceed with the technical support session.
